Observation

Licensor observed two staff members had an expired background. Licensor observed four staff members did not have negative TB test results documented in MERIT. Center Director reported there is replacement staff available and the staff members will not be alone with children until the background has been cleared. Center Director stated staff will add their negative TB test results into MERIT as soon as possible.
